Pricing questions
Do I pay for onboarding if I don’t like the trial?
No. The trial runs on a demo instance and is free. Onboarding is paid only if you decide to continue on a paid plan.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Moving from START to PRO takes effect from the next billing period, and you pay only for onboarding the new modules (the 15-hour difference, €1,200).
How do I pay?
By invoice, via bank transfer. The monthly subscription is paid in advance for each month, the annual one in advance for 12 months. We do not accept card or cash payments.
What counts as a “user”?
Every employee who logs in to the system. Customers who order or view documents through the portal do not count as users and are not charged.
Why are prices only in euro?
Since 1 January 2026 the euro has been the official currency of Bulgaria. Prices are for businesses and exclude VAT.
